幾點幾分該如何說呢?  

1. 整點用「數字+ o’clock」來表示。   six o'clock  6:00

2.  It’s + 點鐘數字+ 分鐘數字. five twenty-two 5:22

3. 分針在 30 分之前：用 past/after
分鐘數字 + past/after + 點鐘數字.3:10→ It is ten past/after three.

4. 分針在 30 分之後：用 to(60-n)分鐘數字 + to + (n+1)點鐘數字 .3:55→ It is five to four.            = It is three fifty-five.

5.   15 分鐘可用 a quarter6:15→ It is six fifteen.            = It is a quarter past/after six.            = It is fifteen past/after six.

6.  30 分鐘(半小時)可用 half6:30→ It is six thirty.= It is half past six.

listen 與 hear 區別

***listen: 專注的聽，專心聽別人說話或聲音。

listen to + 某人或某物，因為要注意聽某人或某物的聲音。

舉例: 

Are you listening to me? 你有注意聽我說話嗎?

I was listening to the radio last night. 我昨晚在聽廣播。

***hear: 當聲音不經意的傳到你的耳朵裡，所以並沒有專心聽。

hear 不使用進行式時態。

舉例:

I hear the bird singing outside. 我聽到小鳥在外面唱歌。

Can you hear me? 你聽到我說話嗎?

  “到…末”，多指時間，常用於完成時態,也用未來時態。

at the end of

“在…末/終點”，指時間或位置。一般說來，at the end of用於表示具體事物或場所的場合，它也可以用來表示比喻。

The school is situated at the end of the street．該校位於這條街的盡頭。

We'll have an exam in English at the end of January．一月底我們要參加英語考試。

By the end of及at the end of 用於表示時間的場合，以下範例可以知道其差別。

“最後，最終”，與at last/finally同義。

He succeeded in the end.他最後成功了。
